Yes we scan! Tesco barcode shopping launches

Today we’re proud to announce v2 of the highly popular Tesco shopping app. Woop! Download it here!

With the key inclusion of barcode scanning, customers are now able to quickly and conveniently add products like milk to their basket before putting their empties in the recycling bin.

Furthermore, those sneaky customers amongst you may wish to venture into competitors’ stores to scan and add products at potentially cheaper prices. We think that this new concept will work best for the more demand-elastic, higher value grocery products that aren’t deemed necessities, and therefore can be delivered a few days later without inconvenience.
